These terms apply to your use of ExtendLink (extendlink.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You need to give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

Please use the service lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:

  • Use short links to disguise phishing, malware, spam or scam destinations
  • Shorten links to illegal content or content that infringes someone's rights
  • Create links in bulk to manipulate search engines or advertising systems
  • Send spam or use the service for phishing, malware or fraud
  • Upload content that infringes someone else's rights or is illegal
  • Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, sometimes without notice when needed to protect others.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to host, store and display it only as needed to run the service for you.

Plans, billing and changes

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. Your paid features stay on until the end of the period you have paid for. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change over time. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of major changes.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
